Our company is looking for a Digital Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual charts and procedural streamgraphs to inspire a better framework of understanding;
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders regarding the Salesforce project, technology, and functionality;
  • Work with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business needs of the end user;
  • Design different custom dashboards as per the user need for different user groups based on their department’s functionalities and requirements;
  • Support business unit teams, product management groups and other teams with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth app and website analysis;
  • Assist in acting as a point person for all 3rd party data partners and be intimately familiar with key dashboards and products within the company;
  • Provide comprehensive performance reports through Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other tools;
  • Help lead awareness of new products, approaches, and trends in the data & technology space;
  • Collaborate with business, technology and analytics partners to determine needs and assist with defining data collection requirements;
  • Centralize and standardize digital tracking, analytics, and associated data quality;
  • Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context;
  • Analyze social media, press and consumption data for ad-hoc requests on clients and major events;
  • Generate insight from site data and communicate opportunities or issues;
  • Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) reports on performance of the digital channel;
  • Work with technical resources to validate/QA app and website tracking.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with mobile/app analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Mobile SDK);
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making;
  • Data driven, data analytics;
  • Comfortable analyzing raw data and extracting actionable insights;
  • High level of analytical ability;
  • 3+ years of experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics;
  • Experience writing Boolean queries;
  • 1+ years of experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, complex business environment;
  • Experience in utilizing Salesforce CRM product(s) to create customer or business arrangements;
  • Capable of quickly adapting to dynamic situations and working independently;
  • Familiar with all major social media platforms and corresponding KPIs;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field;
  • Experience with SQL, Hive, SAS, Python, R and/or other programming languages;
  • Experience with Fonteva, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud a plus.
