Our company is looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands station goals and works to deliver tactics to achieve these goals;
  • Other duties as necessary;
  • Understand optimized content best practices for web;
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and E-commerce teams to stage and launch web assets for product launches and promotions;
  • Works with Sales and News department personnel as well as other departments to solve problems and implement initiatives;
  • Partner with the Creative team to manage project timelines;
  • Communication cross-departmentally to execute digital content strategy;
  • Capture enticing photographs of Club amenities and events for use on social sites, the Club’s website, app, etc;
  • Use Contentful to build and update special landing pages to support business needs;
  • Works with all departments to execute projects that develop and KPIs and compliment on-air products;
  • Review analytics on new content and pages to drive strategic planning of future content;
  • Manage the Club’s social media presence & develop original social media campaigns to correlate with Club goals;
  • Keep up with industry trends and opportunities;
  • Operational Responsibilities;
  • Develop brand recognition and online reputation.

Requirements:

  • Well organized, creating structure and clarity;
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience;
  • Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail;
  • Bonus: familiarity with SEO and hands-on experience with Amazon advertising;
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG marketing, ecommerce, start-up or digital agency;
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing;
  • Strong Project Management experience;
  • Experience with content management best practices, workflows and martech preferred;
  • Competent grasp of technology, preferably experience administering a CMS like Contentful or WordPress Admin;
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Experience working with product content syndication tools, preferably Salsify;
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop functions (Save for Web + jpg compression, resizing, cropping, etc.);
  • Highly self motivated and strong team player;
  • Highly proficient in Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and various other video production and design programs;
  • Skilled at reputation management, Search Engine Optimization and generation of inbound traffic.
