Our company is looking for a Director, Analyst Relations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and engage in relevant social media forums;
  • Generate Analyst Relations content, including briefing documents, messaging, competitive positioning, rebuttals and responses to crises and issues;
  • Work collaboratively with regional teams to help adapt content & advise on global strategies so local teams can adapt;
  • Manage reporting, results analysis and distribution;
  • Oversee and manage all ongoing contracts with industry analyst firms;
  • Contribute to and review material and content for outward facing communications;
  • Will need to be or become a content expert for a given set of topics;
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior management as to how to best engage with key influencers within the analyst community;
  • Assist SMEs/spokespeople in preparing content tailored for specific analyst audiences;
  • Share analyst research and comments with key internal business leaders;
  • Schedule, facilitate and report on analyst briefings and inquiry engagements;
  • Communicate with key analysts on a regular basis, including sharing significant company announcements and initiatives;
  • Build and maintain close relationships with the key industry analysts worldwide (primarily NA, EMEA);
  • Directing Analyst Relations managers;
  • Collaborate with product teams to prioritize analyst outreach and to deliver compelling content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Knowledge of trends in communications and analyst relations;
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems;
  • Experience in communications and analyst relations programs;
  • Strong project management and time management skills;
  • Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences;
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship building skills;
  • Ability to pay attention to detail is critical;
  • Knowledge of customer experience and feedback management technologies a huge plus;
  • Comfortable with technology concepts and general knowledge of the Enterprise;
  • Experience collaborating across multiple internal departments and geographies and working with remote colleagues and stakeholders;
  • 4 years of management experience with 2 years as a senior manager/director;
  • 8+ years in analyst relations, corporate communications, public relations, media relations or other relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of major analyst firm business models, processes and online resources (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
