Our company is looking for a Director of Product Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and/or manage a strong, growing team of PMs over time;
  • Lead and prioritize the work of a nimble team of Product Managers and Designers. Fill vacancies and newly-created positions with stellar team members;
  • Work with Sales, Finance, operations and Account Management to deliver a monthly revenue forecast;
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy and execution;
  • Owns strategic development, improvement and sustaining in all phases of device lifecycle;
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative;
  • Leads team of specialists and managers to achieve product and team objectives;
  • Develop short- and long-range strategies for multiple product lines to achieve strategic goals and maximize sale and profit objectives;
  • Display leadership when working with cross-functional teams. Inspire and motivate the cross-functional team and outside partners;
  • Work with Tandigm business colleagues to drive end user adoption;
  • Define learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure;
  • Use strategic thinking and negotiation skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic technical environment;
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales and Support;
  • Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions;
  • Participate in customer demo meetings to solicit feedback and understand their needs to enhance adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
  • Experience leading a category or product team;
  • Proven track record of providing new and innovative solutions to enhance product lines;
  • Proven track record of building, leading and delegating to a team;
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to use tools to create insights to improve our product;
  • Working knowledge of data querying languages (SQL/R/Python) and tools;
  • Strong intuition for product interaction design and user experience;
  • Strong written and verbal organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience and energy;
  • Can graphically create wire-frames and give interface direction to UI team;
  • BS Degree;
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing product management teams;
  • MBA from top-tier program;
  • 7+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: System Design, Package Design or PCB process;
  • Software development experience as a developer and/or manager;
  • Participation in all stages of the software development lifecycle, experience with Agile software methodologies.
