Our company is looking for a Director, Product Strategy to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate Manifest MedEx products to current and future customers;
  • Implement and manage an ongoing resource allocation and prioritization mechanism to complete key product deliverables with allocated budget;
  • Working with the Product Team, establish and deliver against the MX product roadmap;
  • Manage the product team (3 direct reports) as a leader, mentor, coach, and colleague;
  • Oversee key analyses, e.g., market and competitor assessments, financial performance analysis;
  • Lead data gathering and conduct research and analysis (quantitative and qualitative);
  • Establish strong relationships with key product leaders to ensure alignment in strategic vision and supporting opportunities;
  • Connect the innovation road-map to new products in line with KION strategy & brand positioning;
  • Strong executive presence and command skills;
  • Organize and manage a virtual team of Product Strategy experts in different locations;
  • Approaches conflicts as opportunities; understands others quickly; can find common ground without comprising total position;
  • Assure common understanding, clear and transparent decision-making based on reliable documentation for future product decisions;
  • Oversee analyses to understand the Old Navy product competitors and consumer needs;
  • Oversee the delivery of timely, zero-defect execution of analysis;
  • Partner with cross-functional partners and analyze consumer insights data to identify actionable opportunities for Old Navy.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and well organized;
  • Experienced in Agile/Scrum software development processes;
  • Savvy business sense and excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Proven track record as a manager of highly trained and capable teams;
  • Excellent communicator in all forms: presentations, written, conversational;
  • Ability to travel as needed;
  • 5+ years of product management experience;
  • Action-oriented, analytical self-starter;
  • Commercial understanding for products and projects;
  • design, content and execution;
  • Deep understanding of products with regards to technology, functionality, application and cost structure;
  • Strong finance skills with understanding of P&L management;
  • Demonstrable experience of both product strategy development;
  • Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills of peers, business partners, clients and associates;
  • Experience in modular concepts incl. the consideration of system and process interfaces.
