Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to business units/functions on talent program design and execution, including reimagining talent management for the future;
  • Help build slates and drive proactive succession planning;
  • Drive diversity strategies and actions;
  • Process Improvement;
  • Produces, validates, and provides guidance on data analysis to measure program performance and ROI;
  • Influence and develop leaders;
  • Reviews and suggests appropriate talent program metrics that are linked to HR objectives and goals;
  • Direct critical initiatives;
  • Act as a consultant to influence the business, deliver constructive feedback, diagnose and resolve issues and positively influence change;

  • Lead execution planning, change management, communication and training efforts in support of adoption.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload; manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) or Business, Master’s Degree highly desirable;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • HRIS experience preferred (Workday);
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately;
  • Strong stakeholder orientation;
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
