Our company is looking for a Document Control Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Control and track the generation and distribution of electronic data;
  • Create and maintain document tracking logs;
  • Assist in related tasks as requested by Document Control Manager;
  • Experience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching;
  • Support internal and external audit activities including FDA Inspections and ISO certification;
  • Maintains safety books;
  • Reviews BOMs;
  • Filing documents;
  • Maintains and tracks routing of internal and external documents;
  • Creates, reviews & approves internal Fill and Assembly specifications;
  • Experience: Two years of experience in ad-promo/copy review or document control within a Medical Device Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry;
  • Provide backup support to staff as needed;
  • Associate degree or Equivalent Preferred;
  • Proactively contribute to process improvements with focus on document accuracy and efficiency.
