Our company is looking for a Energy Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates, reads, edits and understands subcontracts, service agreements, purchase agreements and correlates quotes to the main scope and contract;
  • Provides oversight to ensure that the project team is performing in accordance with the project quality plan;
  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Works with other company Project Managers and Estimators on developing estimates and creating proposals for renewable-related services;
  • Identifies and pursues potential leads in the renewable sector;
  • Assists with SWPPP installation, maintenance project planning and implementation;
  • Assists with field operations as necessary;
  • Manage and develop a team of technical professionals.

Requirements:

  • Secret clearance preferred;
  • Strong conceptualization skills with the ability to develop work plans and project schedules;
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, including managing complex projects with technical, business, policy, and operational considerations;
  • Experience with managing multi-disciplinary teams and parallel project development workstreams and activities;
  • Experience in working with DoD installations on energy-related technology, financial, and government contracting issues;
  • 4+ years of construction experience; or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience;
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, reach and move as needed in order to complete various construction duties;
  • Experience with military clients preferred;
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting complex energy data to non-technical senior audiences;
  • MA or MS degree preferred;
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills which include daily experience dispatching and communicating with work crews;
  • Able to work long hours, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends as needed;
  • Ability to navigate complex technical concepts, market structures, and stakeholder equities to recommend clear paths for project execution to clients;
  • Supervisory experience in a related field preferred;
  • Standing for prolonged periods of time.
