Our company is looking for a Entry Level Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Creating spreadsheets, tables, documents;
- Data entry;
- scheduling interviews;
- Working on a computer using most MS Office programs;
- Assist in interviewing applicants;
- Light filing;
- Assist in placing employees;
- Mail distribution.
Requirements:
- Exceptionally strong work ethic;
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
- Excellent time management and strong attention to detail;
- Strong desire to grow a career in home health care;
- Team player with an “all hands-on deck” attitude, organized/able to multitask;
- Interest and/or experience in HR/Recruiting a plus;
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally;
- Excellent follow-up and follow through skills;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- One to two years of experience in a customer service oriented or recruiting role;
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media.
