Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Tracks and maintain recruitment database;
- Assist with the network and pipeline of candidates;
- Assists with PTO and Employee Benefit Details;
- Administrative Duties including updating the weekly schedule of all employees and contractors;
- Coordinates the Off-boarding of Employees;
- Passively source potential candidates and schedule calls for the Recruiting Manager;
- Assists with organizing outside College Campus Recruiting events;
- Leverage network, job sites, social media, and external events to advertise the firm and openings;
- Coordinates the On-boarding of New Hires.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with various ATS Systems, Job Boards and Social Media is a plus;
- Excellent people skills;
- Self-motivated, pro-active, and accountable to meeting established recruiting metrics;
- Be able to effectively screen candidates to assess skill and cultural fit that supports good employee retention;
- One to Three years of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant within HR or Recruiting;
- Technically savvy with demonstrated experience working with Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Current College or University Student Focused on Business, HR or a related field.
