Our company is looking for a Event Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and track ROI, engagement analytics and feedback to consistently assess opportunities for improvement;
  • Track and manage deliverables to ensure all event deadlines are met across all departments;
  • Report on budget for all Marketing-led events;
  • Manage the Marketing Events Calendar, which includes coordinating and communicating with relevant stakeholders within the company;
  • Manage company-hosted events, including seminars, thought-leadership events, client events, and product road-shows.

Requirements:

  • Able to bend, stoop, kneel and/or stand to access files and documents;
  • Proficiency in: Pardot or Marketo;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Email marketing communications;
  • The ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, to use the telephone and computer systems;
  • Survey software;
  • Able to walk and climb stairs or use elevator to coordinate with other departments;
  • Positive and proactive team player;
  • Able to maintain a sedentary position for up to 90% of the workday;
  • File documents in high or low cabinets;
  • Ability to successfully interact with firm partners and managers;
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds;
  • Familiarity with: Salesforce data cloud and sales pipeline, Google Analytics;
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
