Our company is looking for a Events Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication with event vendors through life cycle of each event;
  • Provide information about the products and services;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns;
  • Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions;
  • Manage companywide calendar bookings for CAA’s in-house event spaces for events and client screenings;
  • Provide full administrative support to the director for all CAA branded events.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Can work with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to build rapport with clients;
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
