Events Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Events Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with event vendors through life cycle of each event;
- Provide information about the products and services;
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns;
- Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases;
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services;
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
- Document and update customer records based on interactions;
- Manage companywide calendar bookings for CAA’s in-house event spaces for events and client screenings;
- Provide full administrative support to the director for all CAA branded events.
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Can work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to build rapport with clients;
- Positive and professional demeanor.
