Our company is looking for a Executive Meeting Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers;
  • Solicit new business, engage new clients, and rebook existing clients;
  • Follow all safety policies;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Actively sell guest rooms to small groups, ensuring monthly and quarter goals are met;
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service;
  • Work within tight response deadlines;
  • Meet clients prior to departure to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and to solicit any future business;
  • Maintains positive relationships with all guests, vendors, colleagues and Global Sales network;
  • To follow departmental policies and procedures;
  • Confirm and review function details with clients prior to arrival;
  • Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications;
  • Conduct pre convention meetings as required;
  • Work closely with the Conference Services, Culinary team and Front Office team to communicate group details;
  • Obtain rooming list details and request deposits where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Delphi FDC (Salesforce) experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent time management, organization and detail-oriented skills;
  • Professional appearance Knowledge of hotel and food & beverage operations;
  • Should be able to type at least 35 words per minute;
  • Compute basic arithmetic and mathematical calculations.
