Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding challenging targets;

  • Qualifying prospects;
  • Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs;
  • Planning sales process;
  • Administers job postings in various systems.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with business managers and human resource partners;
  • Majority experience recruiting and hiring in High Tech companies;
  • An ability to assess corporate culture and fit. you might enjoy being in the corporate world rather than catering to it;
  • Ability to interface with clients and develop business;
  • Excellent Computer Skills;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required;
  • Proven ability to maintain existing client relationship and build/generate new ones;
  • People reading skills;
  • HTML, CSS, jQuery;
  • Good understanding of business requirements and reporting strategies;
  • Strong track record of of building and maintaining business relationships;
  • Must have the ability to effectively manage deadline and budgets;
