Our company is looking for a Executive Search Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating consulting grade client materials;
  • Identifying and connecting with executives;
  • Managing client relationships and leading client updates;
  • Conducting market research and identifying prospects;
  • Conduct candidate interviews;
  • Development of search strategy;
  • Preparing documentation on candidates’ backgrounds (resumes, profiles, status reports, references, etc.) to share with the client;
  • Researching, sourcing, and identifying potential candidates using various means (phone calls, referrals, networking, database reports, etc.);
  • Identifying new client leads through conversations with candidates, references, and others;
  • Providing candidates and clients with timely feedback and updates on the search status;
  • Assisting Helbling team members in conducting research and gathering project-specific information on an as-needed basis;
  • Developing a search plan to identify potential candidates who are likely to have the required skillset and experience to succeed in the role;
  • Maintaining thorough, timely, and accurate notes in the Helbling contact management database to track all search assignment activity.

Requirements:

  • Consistently performing outbound activity to source clients and candidates;
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone;
  • A degree is preferred but not required;
  • Effective negotiating skills;
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Willing to be coached and take advice and direction;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Highly proactive and internally driven;
  • Work well independently and in a team environment.
