Our company is looking for a Facilities Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall training needs of FO&E including scheduling, tracking and development of programs either in-house or through third parties;
  • Interact with state and local governmental agencies to obtain approvals for all work necessary to complete projects;
  • Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management;
  • Collaborating with Purchasing department on RFP development and contractor selection;
  • Interact with the landlord and obtain all approvals for project scope and activities;
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, safety guidelines and construction safety procedures;
  • Arranging expert consultation services required for projects such as architects, engineers, surveyors or furniture designers;
  • Maintain the facility performing light cleaning, basic landscaping and general assistance to the homeowners;
  • Prepare and present reports detailing your operational performance to our board as well as sharing overall performance details with your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must possess basic computational ability;
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus;
  • Additional duties as necessary and assigned;
  • Civil/site design experience;
  • 3+ years of experience with project management software, including Microsoft Project;
  • Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions;
  • Registered Professional Engineer is a plus;
  • HS Diploma/GED required;
  • Project management experience 8+ years;
  • Capital program management in the federal environment;
  • Homeland security facilities;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in both a team environment and an independent setting;
  • Construction management;
  • Provide direct service to guests as needed.
