Our company is looking for a Financial Systems Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and satisfy SAP audit controls and pertinent SOX program requirements;
  • Coordinate with Finance users to understand functional requirements to identify and develop solutions;
  • Provide expertise in SAP BPC real time consolidation functionality;
  • Validate and document configurations, enhancements, development and underlying processes;
  • Lead in the development of SAP best practice principles to facilitate change management and end user adoption of new technologies and processes;
  • Manage the daily support, maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP environment;
  • Update production settings for cost center allocations, profit center allocations, and FX revaluation;
  • Support monthly financial close and forecasting processes as well as the annual budget and long range planning cycles;
  • Provide input on and oversight of internal processes with respect to SAP master data, hierarchies and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Previous systems experience is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must have data query and report writing capabilities. SQL skillset would be very helpful;
  • CPA or CMA license, or equivalent;
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally to implement new systems and tools is preferred;
  • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project);
  • Six Sigma certification;
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and build on the Financial Systems platform;
  • Manage and support the organization for testing all custom reports and programs developed by IT for the Financial Systems Department;
  • Highly self motivated, work ethic driven with keen attention to detail and exceptional customer orientation;
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience with financial or accounting, preferably in a large SAP installation;
  • Experience working for large company and within a matrix organization;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • PMP or other professional project management certification;
  • Other duties as assigned.
