Requirements:

  • Up to 40% travel, including domestic and international travel to customers, meetings, and technical conferences/exhibits;
  • Demonstrated project management and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary;
  • Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred;
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies;
  • Performs other duties as required;
  • Ability to translate marketing data to business recommendations;
  • Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, specifically marketing and financial analysis;
  • A demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, planning, marketing and product development;
  • Experience with Neurosurgical or related products in a hospital surgical setting, with experience in neuro trauma preferred;
  • Organizational and project management skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word);
  • Oral and written communication skills;
  • Management and leadership skills;
  • Possesses working knowledge of marketing regulated clinical diagnostics preferably in the field of infectious disease;
  • Extensive experience with contact management databases.
