Our company is looking for a Grants Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a collaborative, effective, and positive fundraising team;
  • Maintain updated grant and all donation information in Salesforce;
  • Support the Strategic Partnerships Manager and the Communications and Advocacy manager on special donor projects;
  • Monitor awards for end dates;
  • Ensures files are complete for awarded applications, follows up with investigators and/or administrators regarding missing information;
  • Prepares summary reports of applications submissions and outcomes to Director of Pre-Award;
  • Maintains detailed, up-to-date records of PI’s other support, bio-sketches, and grant submission documents;
  • Ensures progress reports are prepared and submitted as required by sponsoring program;
  • Tracks the status of pending applications, follows up with investigator regarding review/funding status of application;
  • Responds to RFA’s and summary statements and addresses issues prior to submission.

Requirements:

  • Comparable experience in health or international development with a focus on project management or grant administration is highly desired;
  • Previous grants management experience in a complex environment;
  • Commitment to and passion for GHC’s mission;
  • Strong communications skills, including experience communicating with a range of audiences;
  • A passion for collaboration across teams and countries, with demonstrated skill for managing projects;

  • 3- 5 years of professional work experience;
