Growth Hacker Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Growth Hacker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify growth risks;
- Guide subject matter expert (SME) startup founders through digital growth strategies and tactics;
- Leverage various digital tools to help venture studio founders test and validate their value propositions;
- Analyze, report, and recommend findings;
- Ensure user behavior is integrated into product planning and development;
- Collect, curate and promote user analytics to develop customer acquisition cost economic models;
- Reporting, administration, and other duties as required;
- Lead the strategy behind how to find a repeatable and scalable customer acquisition strategy;
- Approach every problem with our Think, Copy, Hack, Test, Finish model;
- Communicate effectively and influence with key partners, as you will be continually working alongside partners from diverse backgrounds;
- Scale and automate where possible – think lean, startup process;
- Manage various A/B experiments;
- Exchange ideas/data/feedback within the Brands team and with other user acquisition professionals across the company;
- Understand and positively influence key performance indicators beyond traffic; conversion rates, time on page, bounce rate, etc;
- Speak confidently on the stages of customer acquisition and how-to best support ventures in their go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or similar field;
- You’re willing to fail and know when to pivot your strategy;
- You’re a data-obsessed problem solver who lives and dies by analytics, metrics and statistical analysis;
- A relentless pursuit of growth – you’re never satisfied, no process is perfect, no problem unsolvable;
- You’re a builder, either through coding skills or no-code solutions;
- Have a start-up mindset; you’re a scrappy self-starter with a focus on iteration and pragmatism;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
