Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and content marketing to build a compelling story across various developer personas;

  • Attract, develop and retain a talented team that leads the industry in innovation and best practices;
  • Establish revenue and spend models that enable optimal allocation and ROI positive management of media spend.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel competency, and comfortable working with complex data and with analytics stakeholders;
  • Ability to bounce from thinking strategically to executing very detailed tactics;
  • Proven expertise in integrating systems and data across marketing, sales, and product stacks;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape, including channel knowledge in SEM/PPC, SEO, display, paid social, video, etc;
  • 5+ years experience in self-service B2B SaaS marketing;
  • Professional experience in modeling, data analysis, and BI visualization tools;
  • Expert SQL skills — your ability to tap into our data pipeline will be key to your success;
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments that demand real ownership and the ability to solve problems creatively;
  • Have had ownership for multimillion dollar budgets and developed models and approaches for investment and measurement;
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple channels of paid marketing – SEM, SEO, social, mobile, display, affiliate;
  • Experience in holistic growth planning – research, forecasting, planning, execution and performance analysis;
  • Minimum 7 years B2C technology experience in a growth marketing or growth-focused product management function;
  • Strong analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of data analysis and science;
  • 5+ years experience in growth & marketing;
  • Developed company’s core paid channels, as well as all processes, policies and procedures.
