Our company is looking for a Head of Growth to join our team.


  • Oversee development and execution of both content creation for the blog and website as well as the roadmap for the custom back-end CMS;
  • Drive brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints;
  • Work in association with the C-Team, driving the sales & marketing strategy and developing and executing initiatives to achieve them;
  • Creating and executing a 360-degree approach to digital marketing;
  • Focus on growth plans for the organization – present and future;
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (supported periodically by external agencies) to implement and drive measurable business results;
  • Identify, build and execute media strategies on high value segments focused on conversion and ROI;
  • Identify high performing channels to drive incremental user growth and brand awareness;
  • Build and onboard an excellent network of scalable F&B brands that will contribute towards Company’s operational success;
  • Oversee Brand Excellence to all of Company’s partners and ensure to build a long term relationship with our partners in the business;
  • Design and implement effective CRM and retention programmes across multiple touch points;
  • Build and onboard an excellent network of scalable F&B brands that will contribute towards Kitopi’s operational success;
  • Scope and implement best practice analytics for web and mobile products, gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions;
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative insights, including key inputs and reporting; monitoring growth trends and measuring all marketing campaigns;
  • Drive early stage customer acquisition through tactical execution of organic and paid channels (including Search, Social, Display and Email).


  • Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights;
  • Extensive experience leading digital programs and driving digital innovation within the B2C space;
  • Passion for the Bumble brand vision and values;
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other Bumble markets;
  • Deep understanding of consumer metrics, market segmentation, and analytics;
  • Experience with multiple channels of unpaid and paid marketing – SEO, SEM, ASO, paid and organic social, non-attributable channels, etc;
  • 5+ years mobile app digital marketing experience;
  • Proven ability to oversee marketing technology, customer journey, multi-touch attribution, and cross-channel ad sequencing;
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests;
  • Degree in business, marketing, economics or a related discipline;
  • Experience in leading a team and hands-on experience with a range of tools and channels;
  • Demonstrated mastery of multi-channel media strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and campaign optimization;
  • 5+ years experience in digital/growth marketing;
  • Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startups;
  • 3+ years experience managing performance marketing across FB, display, social and SEM.
