Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, guidance, and assistance to project team members as required;
  • Leading and Managing Process Improvement Projects as needed;
  • Direct accountability and responsibility for overall project success from start to finish;

  • Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings;
  • Well versed in client communication and reporting;
  • Presents and communicates well in front of clients and able to maintain and grow client relationships;
  • Documentation review including contracts, change requests, change orders and compliance with contract documents.

  • Work with internal development teams on different time zones;
  • Strong foundation in Project Management principles;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Prolog, Procore and Primavera;
  • BA/BS in related field and 5+ years’ work experience in Healthcare Construction;
  • Create and Manage details documentation related to scope, requirements, deliverables of the project.
