Our company is looking for a Information Technology Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all employees including troubleshooting and executing different maintenance activities when needed;
- Help ensure data security, network access, backup systems, and proper server use;
- Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed;
- Consult with management, providing IT guidance as needed;
- Help audit systems and assess their outcomes;
- Execute IT and electronic data operations;
- Train employees on the use of systems and networks;
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop departmental goals, objectives, and systems;
- Installing and configuring hardware equipment and software programs, including Mac and PC.
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems;
- Applicants must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment;
- Campaign experience is a plus;
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred;
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required;
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams;
- Growth mindset: ability to take and implement feedback.
