Our company is looking for a IT Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop roadmaps for program/projects;
  • Drive resolution of constraints, conflicts and other challenges that could impact timely and successful execution of projects;
  • Establish project/program governance structure;
  • Accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completion;
  • Provide input for budgets and monitor performance to budgets;
  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements;
  • Direct daily operations of department by: analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines;
  • Stay abreast of advances in technology;
  • Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems;
  • Provide clear communication to the organization on project status, critical path, as well as potential areas of risk;
  • Provide Weekly Status reports, Provide Monthly status reports;
  • Manages projects with focus on 4 Project Dimensions (Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality);
  • Participates in and facilitates leadership steering group & project status meetings; develops/distributes status reports;
  • Manage all deliverables using Allison Service Delivery Methodology based on SEI-CMM model;
  • Maintains resource forecasting, planning & work assignment allocations.

Requirements:

  • Strong Agile / Scum experience;
  • Medical device experience a plus;
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations;
  • Certification in project management (PMP) desired;
  • Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once;
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to deal with conflict and drive to solution;
  • A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience;
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills;
  • BS or equivalent work experience;
  • Experience managing / leading Cloud (AWS and/or Azure) migration projects;
  • Requires knowledge of business processes I Engineering, Manufacturing Operations strategy and business management;
  • Prior knowledge with Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, Network Switches, and patch panels, voice technologies, Microsoft Project, ESMT;
  • Experience managing large scale IT projects;
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow workflow and functionality.
