Our company is looking for a IT Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen candidates to ensure they are technically qualified and a good cultural fit;
  • Review and analyzes active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions;
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates “fit and technical competence;
  • Partnering with the business to ensure a great candidate experience;
  • Present career opportunities to qualified applicants;
  • Negotiate candidate‚Äôs contracts and terms of employment;
  • Conduct targeted searches across all IT functions using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, direct sourcing, Indeed, etc;
  • Scheduling and facilitating face to face candidate interviews;
  • Ensuring we support the business ‘commercial objectives by maintaining strong cost and time to hire metrics;
  • Identify creative channels and sources for reaching passive candidates for current and future hiring needs;
  • Sourcing, interviewing and managing relationships through to offer negotiation and onboarding of new hires;
  • Identifying high performing agency partners to support as needed;
  • Attending networking events, job fairs, client, and consultant events;
  • Partnering with technology leaders to understand both current and future business needs;
  • Identifying creative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top talent.

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting both passive and active candidates;
  • Experience in a full-cycle recruiter role (specifically recruiting for technical roles);
  • Experience building relationships with process stakeholders at various levels;
  • 5 years of experience in IT recruitment and IT knowledge;
  • Builds candidate pipeline through targeted advertising, direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment events;
  • Provides expert advice and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
  • Maintain proper documentation at all times & diligently maintaining an online database of candidates & customers;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Psychology, Business, or Interdisciplinary Sciences;
  • Ability to facilitate multi-candidate interview sessions and lead Hiring manager debrief sessions;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to develop reporting metrics and track progress against open roles;
  • Must possess a strong sense of customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Outstanding organizational skills and demonstrated ability to focus on detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and Outlook/ Lotus Notes.
