Junior Recruiter Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Special projects as assigned;
- Run reports in iCIMS and provide analysis on applicant data;
- Assist recruiting team in managing job opportunities in iCIMS, on our website as well as external job boards;
- Build a talent pipeline for difficult to fill positions and frequently needed roles;
- Schedule and coordinate participation in college recruiting events;
- Provide research and analysis on recruiting best practices, technical markets and diversity initiatives;
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing);
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
- Source and contact passive candidates through online mediums;
- Observe as many first and second round interviews as possible;
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
- Initiate and conduct initial phone screens;
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts;
- Collaboratively work within Corp. Dev and HR teams to execute new hire on-boarding efforts;
- Use recruiting software to keep track of candidates and open roles.
Requirements:
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds;
- Weekly Office Breakfast along with daily coffee and snacks;
- Fluently Bilingual in English and Spanish;
- Flexible work environment that allows travel between CT, MA, and RI office locations as well as work from home ability;
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle;
- Tech savvy;

- 1-2 years of recruiting experience;
- Experience with on-boarding new employees;
- Real-time performance feedback and coaching;
- Problem-solving aptitude;
- Ability to multi-task;
