Knowledge Management Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;
- Create technical documents required by an enterprise organization;
- Manage knowledge files, create and maintain electronic archival system for documentation;
- Successfully contribute to the KnM established goals, objectives and performance measures;
- Process user feedback and address issues with new and historical technical documentation;
- Ensure compliance with DHA policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong critical thinking, writing and editing skills to achieve quality content;
- 90 day evaluation period after selection to position;
- Relevant technical certifications and/or relevant Service Desk, Desktop or MHS Application experience;
- Ability to work in groups on team projects;
- Strong customer service and communications skills, both oral and written in order to relate information in a direct and succinct method;
- Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one;
- Understand how to research to verify, coordinate, and implement the best solution;
- Current Security+ Certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire;
- Proven technical competency in the following areas;
- Working knowledge of AD support structure/MJAD AD structure;
- Attention to detail and quality driven;
- Working knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of software, hardware and connectivity issues;
- Dependable attendance, independent – self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish daily tasks.
