Our company is looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;
  • Create technical documents required by an enterprise organization;
  • Manage knowledge files, create and maintain electronic archival system for documentation;
  • Successfully contribute to the KnM established goals, objectives and performance measures;
  • Process user feedback and address issues with new and historical technical documentation;
  • Ensure compliance with DHA policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong critical thinking, writing and editing skills to achieve quality content;
  • 90 day evaluation period after selection to position;
  • Relevant technical certifications and/or relevant Service Desk, Desktop or MHS Application experience;
  • Ability to work in groups on team projects;
  • Strong customer service and communications skills, both oral and written in order to relate information in a direct and succinct method;
  • Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one;
  • Understand how to research to verify, coordinate, and implement the best solution;
  • Current Security+ Certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire;
  • Proven technical competency in the following areas;
  • Working knowledge of AD support structure/MJAD AD structure;
  • Attention to detail and quality driven;
  • Working knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of software, hardware and connectivity issues;
  • Dependable attendance, independent – self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish daily tasks.
