Our company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making;
  • Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture through exploratory analytics, experimentation, in-depth research into the customer funnels;
  • Influence and build relationships with people across all levels of the organization, internally and externally;
  • Own the maintenance and improvement of Gametime’s business intelligence reporting infrastructure;
  • Provide insight into critical business decisions, working closely with the executive team to answer pressing issues;
  • Analyze user behavior data and funnel metrics, generating recommendations for product and feature improvements;
  • Supports the development of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards. Demonstrates technical knowledge of analytical tools;
  • Responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data and providing recommendations to management;
  • Presents the results of data analyses and recommendations to management and process owners;
  • Partners with the business to identify the appropriate data sources and analysis methodology.

Requirements:

  • Fraud and Analyst and data and claim and record and investi and report;
  • Critical thinking skills to understand high level business questions and objectives;
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills;
  • 1-3 years of work experience working with data, analyzing and reporting;
  • Ability to obtain a clearance;
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, finance or other quantitative field;
  • Ability to display high emotional intelligence;
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience with te chn ical leadership;
  • Experience with data movement and management in the Cloud utilizing a combination of Azure or AWS features;
  • Ability to foc us on MVP and shipping sof tware while remaining cognizant of the long-term costs of te chn ical debt;
  • Experience working with healthcare data;
  • Experience with CRM, including MS Dynamics or SalesForce;
  • Knowledge of retail industry is helpful, but not required;
  • 8+ years of experience in an enterprise setting, commer cia l sof tware development, or b us iness intelligence.
