Our company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build an effective Product Manager/Product Owner team and partnership with stakeholders;
  • Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of customers and business environment to create valuable solutions;
  • Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements;
  • Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs;
  • Work with stakeholders to define Features from Epics;
  • Collaborate with Release Management to figure out the optimum release strategy and Product Owners to optimize Feature delivery to the customers;
  • Ensure Program priorities have necessary funding and review cost of accepted features;
  • Past close collaboration with Engineering and Design;
  • Lead Product Launch – Own product launch planning, positioning and identify and track key success metrics for your products;
  • Experience in creating specs and managing the product development process through its lifecycle;
  • Help create a product oriented culture;
  • A data driven approach to product development and experience in conducting analysis + employing data in the product process;
  • Establish product analytics for the measurement & improvement of: product value, product performance, and user experience;
  • Work actively in gathering BI (Customer needs, new technologies, trends, etc.) in support of T&S global product and capability strategy;
  • Improve and secure internal communication between the Orlando site and other parts of T&S.

Requirements:

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills;
  • Passion for AI / ML technologies and familiarity with the space;
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Have mastered the art of SaaS metrics;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • You have at least 3 years Product Management experience;
  • Personally led the user experience of comprehensive Web-based services to enterprises/SMBs in nascent product categories;
  • Excellent communication skills; able to partner effectively with cross functional teams;
  • Understanding of the ANSI / ISA-95 Standard: Enterprise – Control System Integration;
  • Have many years of experience in building fast-growing enterprise and SMB products;
  • 5-8 years of related, applicable experience within technology / e-commerce;
  • Are analytically-minded, comfortable with data tools and using data dashboards as a value proposition to retaining customers;
  • Experience or familiarity with nonprofits, foundations, government or corporate philanthropy a plus;
  • Must have or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance;
