Responsibilities:
- Work closely with planning to anticipate capacity needs and ensure sufficient customer perm (AAC) equipment is available from the vendor;
- Analyze buildings that were recommended but subsequently fell out to improve the output of the initial data mining effort;
- Research outliers and develop new queries and sources to fill gaps in the data;
- Data mine large databases from various internal systems to distill good customer / circuit information to support the downstream organizations.
Requirements:

- Navigating complex customer migrations;
- Leading calls and successfully manage projects;
- Creating successful processes and assisting with management of contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve success;

- Providing cross functional management of resources.
