Our company is looking for a Lead – Program Project Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with planning to anticipate capacity needs and ensure sufficient customer perm (AAC) equipment is available from the vendor;
  • Analyze buildings that were recommended but subsequently fell out to improve the output of the initial data mining effort;
  • Research outliers and develop new queries and sources to fill gaps in the data;
  • Data mine large databases from various internal systems to distill good customer / circuit information to support the downstream organizations.

Requirements:

  • Performing End to End customer migrations;
  • Developing the process and procedures to execute on cost savings initiatives;
  • Navigating complex customer migrations;
  • Leading calls and successfully manage projects;
  • Creating successful processes and assisting with management of contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve success;
  • Creative several versions of talk tracks to anticipate different scenarios;
  • Providing cross functional management of resources.
