Our company is looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop candidate pipelines specific to recurring or upcoming needs, with an eye toward cutting edge skills and diversity;
  • Driving the recruitment process through our ATS, including consistency moving candidates through workflow;
  • Actively and creatively evaluate, network, and ultimately hire the best talent;
  • Extending job offers to selected candidates, working with hiring managers and HR leadership;
  • Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, requiring diligent follow up and regular check-ins;
  • Providing counsel and coaching to hiring managers & colleagues throughout the recruitment process;
  • Working with managers to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions- primarily product testing, data science and IT/Digital.

Requirements:

  • A sense of humor and grace for when things don’t go as planned;
  • Extensive sourcing experience using; Stack Overflow, Server Fault, Linkedin, GitHub etc;
  • Experience of using Applicant Tracking System;
  • A commitment to excellent candidate experience;
  • A versatile team player who can stretch and take on new roles and pitch in where needed;
  • A “leave no stone unturned” approach to sourcing- must love the hunt for candidates and always be looking for new ways to attract great talent;
  • A Roll up your sleeves attitude with a sense of urgency, and a friendly, professional and diplomatic demeanor;
  • In-house Technology recruitment experience is a preference;
  • Excellent interview skills that help managers make great hires;
  • Proven agency experience is advantageous;
  • Outstanding client service, negotiation, and closing skills.
