Legal Recruiting Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft candidate correspondence, response letters, engagement letters, welcome notices, firm announcements, fee agreements, and other communications;
- Coordinate law student recruiting through on-campus interview programs, job fairs, and student outreach events;
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new associates;
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel, prepare interviewer and interviewee information packages, collect post-interview feedback;
- Communicate with search firms to advance consideration of active candidates in the pipeline;
- Maintain candidate files and track the status using appropriate recruiting databases and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 2-3 years of talent acquisition or campus recruiting experience; law firm experience strongly desired;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion;
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;
- Creative problem-solving skills, reasoning ability, and logical thought process.
