Our company is looking for a Loan Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Underwriting of all property types;
- Ordering third party reports and reviewing reports upon receipt;
- Preparation of financial analysis of properties and markets;
- Analyzing and summarizing historical property operations;
- Gathering of property and borrower information to underwrite and review;
- Site visits and photographing of properties;
- Reviewing of financial statements and financial data;
- Client, property, and loan database maintenance and administration;
- Creating quote sheets, marketing packages, and proposals, and work collaboratively with other team members to provide debt quotes in a timely manner;
- Analyzing of financial statements and financial data;
- Site visits and market research for potential financings;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the analysts that work for lenders.
Requirements:
- Have a team-player attitude;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Microsoft Excel;
- Financial analysis and underwriting;
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
- Exceptional analytical skills;
- Works well under deadlines;
- Creative self-starter;
- 1-2 years of Finance experience;
- Excellent team player, problem solver, and critical thinker;
- Real estate experience preferred;
- BA or BS degree;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
