Being a Logistics Analyst II ensures rational distribution and delivery according to analysis report and tracking records. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Logistics Analyst II typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. The Logistics Analyst II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be a Logistics Analyst II typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.

Our company is looking for a Logistics Analyst II to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with established corporate processes and procedures;
  • Providing expertise in inventory/warehouse management, and physical inventory functionality;
  • Validating inventory accuracy and reconciling inventory discrepancies;
  • Conducting material inventories and technical screening;
  • Identify and analyze inventory control/process deficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 10% (1-3 trips annual, if required);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • 8 years or more shipboard ordnance experience working with precision attack weapons (preferably G-3 Division) ;
  • Able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal level of direct supervision;
  • High School Diploma or GED, A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred;
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
