Responsibilities:
- Assist in presenting ideas and findings to existing clients;
- Customer profiling;
- Data Analysis and Mining;
- Test Design and Analysis;
- Identifies strategic opportunities, develops methodologies for marketing automation, and manages marketing automation projects;
- Work with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and testing;
- Contact manufacturers, validating alert content, verifying effective dates, and capturing additional pertinent information;
- Maintain working knowledge of market segment issues;
- Validate that the content of source documents matches alert content released to customers;
- Responsible for supporting the operational execution of direct marketing programs and for providing thorough and informative post-program analysis;

Requirements:
- Proven organizational and planning skills;
- B2B experience preferred but not required;
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytical software such as Google Analytics;
- Significant experience leveraging with data warehouse technologies and business intelligence platforms. Preference given to Power BI;
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce;
- Experience recording optimized conversion funnels, building A/B tests, and defining metrics for customer acquisition campaigns;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Knowledge of Tableau, Access, SQL is preferred;
- Advanced Excel skills required;
- Love finding the needle in the (data) haystack;
- Knowledge of the U.S. Department of Defense procurement process, investment priorities, and major weapons programs is beneficial, but not required;
- Experience with media attribution models;
- Identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales;
- Strong Excel skills, Looker experience a plus;
- Experience working in PowerBI, SQL, and other quantitative analysis tools preferred, but not required.
