Marketing Program Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify Ease of Doing Business gaps and collaborate internally to raise visibility and drive solutions;
- Ensure distributor alignment with Micron product/solutions roadmap, pricing and schedules with our distributor businesses;
- Compile, analyze and publish data to be used to track success indicators and determine directional changes in strategies;
- Drive resolving business and technical issues that inhibit our distributor needs;
- Build or drive the development of key collateral, tools and training materials to help influence the use of Micron products;
- Identify new business opportunities in focused segments/new product introductions and drive plan through distributors;
- Maintains and enhances the value propositions for acceptance;
- Manages the development and implementation and execution of marketing strategies and plans;
- Works with and provides direction to outside agencies as needed;
- Creates and manages programs to drive acceptance and product adoptions;
- Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards;
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
- Lead development of acceptance campaigns and remediation efforts that support expansion of program footprint;
- Measures, analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities;
- Assists in implementing strategies to provide a quality customer experience for network clients.
Requirements:
- Change champion, motivator, and coach; demonstrated success delivering meaningful results through both influence and directly;
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or advertising;
- Strong organization and effort management skills;
- A proven marketing program manager (create plans, manage budgets, schedules, coordinate resources, communicate status, ensure on-time delivery, etc.);
- 3+ years of Agile product enhancement and delivery experience;
- Customer-centric mindset;
- 5+ years of product management experience in financial, retail or technology companies and organizations;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
