Our company is looking for a Medicaid Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report the results of various project meetings;
  • Assisting in production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports;
  • Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager;
  • Support design sessions;
  • Analyzing and commenting on deliverables from the system vendor and project management office;
  • Monitoring and reporting project schedule progress;
  • Compliance monitoring, based on approved policies and procedures will focus on scope, budget, and schedule;
  • Performing analysis of requirements from elaboration phase through implementation phase.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience within a State Medicaid Program or associated Healthcare environment;
  • 3+ years’ experience Microsoft Office (focus on Word and Excel);
  • Detailed knowledge of Medicaid, MMIS, and MITA concepts;
  • Ability to write detailed assessment reports of project activities;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health-related area, business, or information technology area; equivalent work experience;
  • Demonstratable experience working with complex information management systems.
