Responsibilities:
- High School degree is required and minimum of 3 years medical device preferred;
- Must have experience supervising a team in a cross-functional environment;
- Experience with Ariba Payment System is preferrred;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills required;
- Must have the ability to make decisions independently and seek guidance where appropriate;
- Proficient with Word, PPT, Excel and learning new systems;
- Experience with CVENT Registration/Meetings database;
- Experience with coordinating multiple projects at once and working with all levels of associates to ensure their needs are met;
- Medical device company meeting experience is preferrred.
