Responsibilities:

  • High School degree is required and minimum of 3 years medical device preferred;
  • Must have experience supervising a team in a cross-functional environment;
  • Experience with Ariba Payment System is preferrred;
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills required;
  • Must have the ability to make decisions independently and seek guidance where appropriate;
  • Proficient with Word, PPT, Excel and learning new systems;
  • Experience with CVENT Registration/Meetings database;
  • Experience with coordinating multiple projects at once and working with all levels of associates to ensure their needs are met;
  • Medical device company meeting experience is preferrred.
