Our company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing basic income calculations;
  • Warm welcome to Realtors and Clients;
  • You will need to monitor and manage work flow to ensure timely closings;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending;
  • Working with marketing/advertising and maintaining social media (responding to comments, posting and maintaining all social media pages);
  • Market, service, and promote the Company’s loan products;
  • Providing extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customers;
  • Communicating with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., in an effort to expedite mortgage process;
  • Meeting goals set by team lead in regard to time frames – we always close our clients on time;
  • Disclosing and submitting loans to Operations Department – lots of attention to detail;
  • Social Media Marketing;
  • Plan and set up lunch-ins, meetings, etc;
  • Requesting and following up on required documentation from our clients;
  • Consistently Communicating with the Loan Officer, Operations staff, Lenders and Clients;
  • Pipeline management including maintaining status updates and lock expiration dates.

Requirements:
