Responsibilities:
- All phases of construction for large multi-family residential construction projects between $25 million and $100 million;
- Complete build of construction projects, including site-work, foundation work, framing, roughing, finishes and punch-out.
Requirements:
- Experienced at managing projects utilizing one of the following PM systems: Timberline Project Manager, Prolog, CMiC, PMweb, Procore.
