Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer and client interviews to validate product market fit and uncover new product opportunities;
  • Perform thorough analyses of emerging market opportunities;
  • Help create detailed business requirements using market data and data collected during product development cycle;
  • Lead the product team in optimizing existing products and helping to define the vision for the product roadmap;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with management and the Audit Team;
  • Provide consistent quality customer service to all constituents of Internal Audit;
  • Conduct product post audit reviews to determine if benchmarks have been achieved and discover opportunities to improve;
  • Audit Managers are guided by and demonstrate BankMobile’s values every day to accomplish the strategy;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Mastery of relevant internal and external environment of the banking industry pertaining to audits;
  • Support the requirements gathering process between external and internal stakeholders;
  • Work cross functionally to support existing product lines and think creatively to solve problems across business segments;
  • Support the product approval process that consists of risk, financial and security analysis.

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • 3-5 years of product management experience or technology experience;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with speaking directly to clients and customers;
  • Tech savvy and passionate about building products;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp;
  • Experience with Lean Product Development a plus;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business strongly preferred,
