Our company is looking for a Payments Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and track performance of each Payment Processor;
  • Continually assess talent and coach team members;
  • Resolve functionality issues and address more complex program issues;
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities;
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets;
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports;
  • Supervise a team of Payment Processors to include staffing, coaching, performance management and problem solving;
  • Coordinate with IT to continually improve application function and design;
  • Manage escalations which may require additional research and knowledge;
  • Train team on policies and procedures when speaking and corresponding with vendors;
  • Develop department procedures, policies, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to think strategically and to lead;
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques;
  • Associates degree in Business Management or similar;
  • 2-4 years working experience as a Manager;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent phone contact skills including active listening;
  • Basic spreadsheet proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well as Microsoft Office suite;
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
