People Operations Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to move quickly, make confident decisions with a sense of urgency and independently manage daily work;
- An executor with a scrappy, “find a way to get it done” mentality and strong attention to detail;
- Execute basic data transactions in our Workday HR System;
- Keep us in compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements;
- Deep personal ethics and integrity;
- Support reorganizations and other complex projects involving employee movement;
- Interact with employees, managers, and other internal teams to provide guidance and clarity on processes related to employee life cycle data.
Requirements:
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize requests;
- Professionalism when dealing with sensitive & confidential information;
- Ability to effectively and efficiently interact with cross functional team members, employees and managers;
- Required- knowledge of basic HR and/or Recruiting transactions;
- Ideal- basic transactional Workday experience (1+ years) or more in other HRIS tools (e.g Recruiting or reporting platforms);
- Extreme attention to detail.
