Our company is looking for a Premium Auditor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare schedule to maximize optimal use of time;
  • Prepare for the audit by identifying the necessary information and type of records needed;
  • Correspond with insured via phone, email and mail to setup audit appointments;
  • Prepare complete audit document, explain results to insured and communicate the results to the Home Office.

Requirements:

  • Entry Level and Military candidates are encouraged to apply;
  • Outgoing Personality that enjoys regional travel and meeting new people everyday;
  • Organized and able to thrive working on your own;
  • 2+ years of accounting experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Work towards achieving Associate in Premium Auditing 91 (APA 91) and Associate in Premium Auditing 92 (APA 92) is encouraged;
  • Demonstrate a proficiency in usage of computer tools including: Microsoft Excel, Internet research applications, etc;
  • Ability to work independently from a home based office;
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
  • Remain informed with all insurance manuals, premium audit manuals, handbooks, guides and related materials;
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined and exhibit a willingness to learn;
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work independently without direct supervision;
  • 2 years Underwriting experience;
  • Must have valid state-issued driver’s license in good standing;
  • 1 year Premium Audit experience.
