Our company is looking for a Principal PM Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a healthy, diverse team and mentor great PMs and be a great role model for building a culture of customer obsession;
  • Translate business requirements into a strategy for systems solutions, measure success with data;
  • Partner engagement : You will be engaging deeply with partners in order to achieve our shared goals;
  • Engaging with customers of all shapes and sizes from Fortune 10 to budding startups;
  • Team leadership : You will manage and inspire a talented and diverse group of PMs. You will help them develop and learn as they grow their careers;
  • B ootstrapping major new product and business initiatives;
  • Providing P+L responsibility and oversight;
  • Build and run the Garage facility at the site and maintain all of the facility and program assets as a resource for the site employee base;
  • Defining product roadmap and implementation plans with engineering;
  • Strategize and develop an employee engagement plan for the local site that drives engagement for all employees while embracing diversity and inclusion;
  • Building and shaping a global product management organization.

Requirements:

  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills across multiple disciplines and teams;
  • 10+ years of Program Management, Operations, Engineering experience;
  • Able to break down complex business problems into opportunities for the business;
  • Experience working with enterprise customers preferred;
  • People management experience- highly preferred;
  • Management experience;
  • Experienced in IT administration and management technologies;
  • Experience with the PC and/or mobile gaming ecosystems;
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience ;
  • Deep familiarity with ADO and Agile methodologies;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and group dynamic skills;
  • Experience managing software teams on the program management or software engineering side;
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience;
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
