Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver training classes/materials across a spectrum of methods: on-site, remote, e-learning, and virtual;
- Deliver on-time, identify risks to schedule, and accurately report progress;
- Promote additional add-on software sales and services engagements;
- Drive a seamless customer experience by working cross-functionally to ensure each new customer can quickly adopt and gain value from our solutions;
- Responsible for the implementation and training of suite of software;
- The ability to empower customers to take on the next wave of questions on their own;

- Provide input to product management on functional matters and future product requirements based on feedback from the client;
- Work with the Project Manager and team to achieve all milestones in a timely manner and on budget;
- Report progress on all assigned activity and deliverables to the Project Manager;
- Conduct detailed business requirements review with customers and prepare storyboards for approval and sign-off;
- Understand the customer business and technical needs to optimize configuration and perform health checks.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a professional services role, preferably within a technology or software company;
- Familiarity with industry-leading reporting tools;
- Experience with both the Unix and Windows operating systems; comfortable on the command line interface;
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment while working independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate;
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within North America (most travel will likely be within the Northeast region);
- Not required, but a plus: statistical and analytical modeling;
- Demonstrable understanding of common enterprise applications (especially in the areas of security and finance);
- Effectively manage and communicate project timelines to internal and external customers;
- Effectively manage client expectations and proactively communicate any issues/concerns to leadership;
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and VMware Horizon View for VDI is highly desirable;
- Experience with virtualization technologies in End User Compute and VDI;
- Previous experience in software configuration of a financial system;
- Strong analytical skills with multi-tasking ability;
