Our company is looking for a Program Coordinator II to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the Core, ISP, and Leadership;
  • Managing the schedules and coordinating space availability;
  • Oversee and coordinate Certificate funds, by Certificate;
  • Collaborating with the Office of Student Affairs in implementing student accommodations and allowances;
  • Implementation of all Core programs and systems;
  • Implement curriculum roll-out of newly approved Certificates;
  • Training and supervising all teaching assistants in conjunction with other office staff;
  • Other responsibilities as needed;
  • Planning and managing events associated with the Core, ISP, Leadership, and Certificates;
  • Manage and implement the MPH Program Open Enrollment declaration process in collaboration with the Office of Student Records;
  • Collaborating with Academic Departments to review modified graduation plans;
  • Responding to student issues and inquiries;
  • Collaborate with office staff to manage course changes within the required Curriculum;
  • Coordinating Core assessments;
  • Meeting with students to advise on Certificate program decisions.

Requirements:

  • Requires proficiency with Microsoft suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience;
  • Three years of related experience;
  • Excellent analytical, computer and web skills;
  • Prior experience working in Higher Education;
  • Must have the ability to engage with others in a highly collaborative environment;
  • Master’s Degree.
