Our company is looking for a Program Manager II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in, and guides, Change Order process and activity to approved thresholds for assigned projects;
- Organizes and facilitates contractual coordination and milestone meetings;
- Facilitates team cohesiveness through strong communication, unity of purpose and commitment;
- Facilitates inter- and intra-departmental coordination to support project requirements;
- Provides the customer with a direct point of contact for contracts which are prototype in nature, technical and of moderate value;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Coordinates with internal departments to ensure that the activities of other companies, vendors or individuals support project requirements;
- You will tell the customer story internally to drive the evolution of our products;
- You will find blockers, bugs, and feature opportunities and partner with our engineering teams to resolve issues and drive fixes into future products;
- You will dig deep into the technologies as a Subject Matter Expert;
- You will recognize our customers’ needs, and how these needs drive or don’t drive deployments/usage, and what blockers exist;
- You will help our customers understand how to validate successful deployments and to interpret detections and alerts;
- You will keep your demo/lab environment up to date for effective demonstration, problem solving, and learning;
- Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts;
- Facilitates a positive relationship with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent written & oral communication and project management skills;

- Prefer familiarity with Windows developer technologies;

- Prior experience with security persona workflows (for investigation, threat hunting and incident response);
- 4+ years of experience in Program management;
- Experience in public speaking and/or community engagement;
- Creativity and optimism grounded in practical engineering and business know-how;
- You are a confident, self-driven motivated person who can drive to completion;
- Proven experience in agile methodologies with rapid prototyping, evaluation and iterative improvement;
- Prior experience in cloud security and/or data science is highly desirable;
- 2+ years of experience driving programs/products/services end-to-end in a software or IT environment.
