Our company is looking for a Project Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and cleansing data files in various formats;
  • Performing data analytics utilizing Excel, SQL and other software tools;
  • Respond to SOC-related client inquiries;
  • Provide counsel to business unit management in the evaluation of scope changes to SOC reports;
  • Perform weekly management of internal team agendas,
  • Participate in various SOC PMO strategic initiatives and projects, as assigned;
  • Provide guidance to business unit management to address control deviations and potential remediation, as necessary;
  • Facilitate the technical teams’ program management activities;
  • Interpret client needs and PM instructions in order to accurately and efficiently pass them on to operational groups;
  • Import load-ready data sets into Relativity;
  • Support the coordination, development, review, and approval of contract deliverables for the duration of the GBSD program;
  • Coordinate with GBSD/SMDC stakeholders daily;
  • Perform quality control checks of work product from operations groups and other team members;
  • Obtain, examine and prepare client data for processing;
  • Provide status to Integrated Product Team (IPT) members and program leadership as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS, Business Administration, Project Management and/or related field;
  • Logistics industry experience preferred;

  • Experience with using VBA and Microsoft Excel and Access;
  • MA or MS degree in Data Science or related field;

  • Provide support and clarification on questions related to procurement process or budget;
  • Obtain quotes and prepare packages for procurement;
  • Develop processes and tools for rigorous financial review;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
